They left Oil all over the engine they over tighten the oil cap. I had to use a wrench to get it loose.

I had a written deal signed. When I went to finalize the first red flag was a finder fee for swapping a car out -they suggested that and put it in the quote with no fee. Then when I confirmed I would not finance they said I had to in order to get the deal. At a rate of 6.84% on a new vehicle with excellent credit. I then said that also was not part of the deal. I offered to finance less to keep things going as the internet manager worked very hard. Sketchy is an understatement.

I was pleasantly surprised at the no pressure approach of Joel Hanley the Product Specialist I met with after having visited many other dealerships. As a great sales person should be he was interested in building a long term relationship and was patient and helpful as I reviewed several different pre-owned vehicles. The entire experience was excellent. From my first phone call to finalizing the purchase. The salesperson, Junior, went above and beyond to explain the nuances of the vehicle and to set up the infotech system. Kudos to the Sales Department, Finance representative and finally the service coordinator, she was fantastic too.

Monica was OUTSTANDING! The communication was timely, information was accurate and she was never pushy like the stigma of a stereotypical "sales person". Monica answered all my questions and provided all information requested, and even took the time to explain different trims, options, and available vehicles. I feel the deal we reached was very good (better than most dealers). My experience with Monica and the dealership was top notch. Highly recommended. I'm very happy with the QX60.

I asked them to check my Chassis system as I was randomly receiving an error message. They said they couldn’t help because the light wasn’t currently on. I felt like they just dismissed me and wish they could have just checked the system out as I get nervous when it comes on.

Salesman was great. Only issue was coordination of delivery. This was an issue because he was not aware of NH law because they are a MA dealer. This was my salesman first experience delivering out of MA. I would definitely recommend the Kelly INFINITI.
