Nick Gird was the most patient and understanding and knowledgeable and kept me posted every step of the repair and even guided me on what to do on my end. The INFINITI service team did an amazing job replacing my transfer case on my 2023QX 50. It was covered by warranty. They had it done faster than expected, gave me a loaner when I needed it and took care of all the legwork. Happily back in my car that was vacuumed and is running great.

Am very disappointed with this dealership my car is only 5 years old I took it to the infinity dealer in Peabody just for a recall & an oil change! when I got it bck it was making a strange noise few day later my thermostat was leaking & my car was overheating, they did something to my car just so I bring it bck & they charged me close to $ 200 for an oil change, which was cheaper the first time I brought it there I will contact someone higher up for this complaint
