"I have been a customer of Kelly INFINITI since 2011. They have been by far the best dealership I've encountered. I recently brought my car in for service and was on vacation when they uncovered some additional maintenance work that needed to be performed. Because of the increasing cost of the additional work, they gave me a great deal on the original things I brought my vehicle in for. Basically, they performed one of the jobs for no cost! Loyal customer here for life now!"

"I made a deal to trade in my vehicle signed all the paperwork on a Saturday and we were set to transfer the vehicles on Monday. I started having cold feet and called and spoke to the GM, you can tell she has been in management for a long time, she was so pleasant to deal with. I couldn't believe it but she even said I could get out of the deal if it made me feel better, I can guarantee you no other dealership would do that considering I had already made the deal. ... Also the salesman and finance manager were both sharp and very nice to work with."

"I bought an extended warranty on my vehicle because I was told that the car would be covered, bumper to bumper. When I brought my car in for repairs, it didn't cover some of the repairs. The service writer and service manager went out of their way and took the time to explain and help me with the repairs. These two men are great people to work with, and I would highly recommend this dealership for any repairs or maintenance."
